For those of you not familiar with PayPal, you will be asked to enter a PayPal Password. YOU ARE NOT SIGNING UP FOR ANYTHING at that point. You are merely agreeing to send your money via PayPal. You will be sent an e-mail where you can then, IF YOU CHOOSE, activate your account.
